History
One World Nannies was originally the brainchild of Ruth, who emigrated to New Zealand over 20 years ago. She spotted the need for nannies from New Zealand to have help and support to find work in the UK and before long, as the number of enquiries grew, it became clear that with the time difference it would be vital to have someone living in the UK to manage parental enquiries and support candidates once they had crossed the world. Having been friends with Sue over in London for over 40 years since school days, between them mothers to 5 children and so fully aware first hand of how important good dependable childcare is, the two friends got together and turned the business into a limited company which is now in its’ 17th year of trading!
Families and nannies regularly refer One World Nannies to their friends and associates, as they know that the agency offers a personal service and has the reputation of getting to know clients and candidates. It understands that that every candidate and job are unique and makes careful placements, listening to individuals’ requirements.

I have found Sue and Ruth just great to work with and very professional.
